Description

3M™ Durapore™ Surgical Tape (1538-3) is a high-strength, no-stretch silk-like cloth tape designed for securement in various clinical applications. It is suitable for securing tubing and devices, anchoring bulky dressings, immobilizing fingers and toes, and stabilizing finger splints.

This surgical tape is composed of a silk-like fabric with a hypoallergenic adhesive, making it gentle on the skin while providing strong initial and long-term adhesion to dry skin. The tape is not made with natural rubber latex, reducing the risk of allergic reactions. Its permeable backing helps prevent moisture build-up, contributing to improved patient comfort. The tape can be torn lengthwise and crosswise, allowing for convenient bi-directional tearing to create various sizes as needed.

The 3M™ Durapore™ Surgical Tape, measuring 3inch x 10yard, is provided as a Pack of 4 and is non-sterile. It is intended for disposable use in medical environments.
