Polyglycolic acid suture retains approximately 75% of the initial
tensile strength after 2 weeks, 50% of tensile strength after 21 days
and 25% after 28 days of implantation and essentially absorbs within 60 –
75 days.

Absorbed by hydrolysis, absorption within 60-90 days. Coating ensures
smooth tissue passage least memory & outstanding pliability.
