Ethicon Mersilk is a non-absorbable, silk suture produced by Ethicon, a well-known medical device and healthcare company. Mersilk sutures are made from natural silk, a proteinaceous material derived from the silkworm. They are widely used in various surgical procedures for their strength, flexibility, and handling characteristics.
